The St. Augustine Amphitheatre presents North Florida's favorite southern rock group, JJ Grey & Mofro, for two nights alongside other notable bands on Saturday, May 24, at 3:45 p.m., with doors opening at 2:30 p.m. and on May 25, 2025, at 4:45 p.m, with doors opening at 3:30 p.m.
JJ Grey and Mofro headline with 49 Winchester, White Buffalo, John Anderson, Andy Frasco & The U.N., The Marshall Tucker Band, and Huntley.
JJ Grey began his musical career performing at a Jacksonville bar where the bands were protected by chicken wire. He billed himself as "Mofro" to separate his music from his work. As he and his audience grew, he added a band and began using the name Mofro. JJ Grey and Mofro released nine albums, performed in venues and festivals worldwide, and became known for a distinct fusion of blues, soul, rock, and funk.
Live Wildly is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to raising public awareness for the importance of wildlife corridor conservation. Through collaboration with partner organizations, Live Wildly is helping improve economies, ecology and livelihoods by jump-starting corridor connection and protection in Florida.
