Based in Georgia, Jay has built a career breaking barriers as a disabled creator, proudly living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 3, Autism, and being hard of hearing. He is passionate about authentic disability representation in music, media, and beyond.

Jay’s content is a mix of humor, storytelling, and advocacy, connecting with a growing community of fans and fellow creatives. He’s partnered with brands like Jif, HealthCare.gov, and Amazon, and as a producer, he’s worked with artists across the industry, from independents to major names. A voting member of the Atlanta chapter of the Recording Academy, Jay is also a professional member of RAMPD (Recording Artists and Music Professionals with Disabilities).

Now, Jay is sharing more of his story on TLC’s reality series “Jay & Pamela,” which premiered on March 4th at 10/9c. The show follows his life with his partner Pamela, offering a real, unfiltered look at love, daily life, and navigating the world as a disabled couple.
